Shipping Policy
Orders in Malaysia
We provide free shipping to Malaysia only. All orders made within Malaysia will be sent using Pos Laju express mail delivery which will reach the customer within 24 hours. The delivery could be delayed due to customs inspection or any unexpected circumstances during the delivery.
Delivery Schedule
Free Shipping - Delivery usually takes 1 working day from date of posting, but may take longer if circumstances beyond our control disrupt postal services.
The test kit will be sent in a standard envelope. There will be no marking or writing on the envelope which indicates the content of the envelope for privacy purposes. The delivery is 100% confidential.
You will need to be at home to sign for the parcel. If you are not at home at the time of the delivery, Pos Laju will drop a door tag in your mail box and you can collect the parcel from the Pos Laju office.
Orders outside Malaysia
For all orders outside Malaysia, there will be shipping fees for the parcels. We can send the parcel to worldwide.
Normal Airmail Delivery
Delivery usually take 5-9 working days from date of posting , but may take longer if circumstances beyond our control disrupt postal services. You do not need to be at home to receive the parcel. The parcel is packed in a small envelope which is small enough to fit into your mail box. The test kit is packed in plain and discreet envelope. There will not be any sign on the envelope indicating that the content is a hiv test kit.
Registered Airmail Delivery
The envelope is registered and buyer will be provided a tracking number upon confirmation of order. Suitable for people who prefer to be able to track their parcel. Delivery time is 5-9 working days from the date of posting but may take longer if circumstances beyond our control disrupt postal services.
Fedex Delivery
Delivery time: 1-2 working days
Fedex Shipping is the fastest way to you.
Please be aware you need to be at the delivery address in order to accept the package or if you cannot be at the delivery location during the business day, you may sign a Fedex door tag authorizing release of the package without anyone present. The product will be sent in plain, discrete envelope. Correct email address and phone number are required so that the tracking number can be sent to you.
Orders from Asian countries will be delivered the next business day.
Orders from UK and other European countries will take 2 business day only !
Returns
All sales come from Nexus Laboratories have 30-days warranty unless advertised differently. If the item(s) you have ordered is defective, contact us within the warranty period and we will replace the defective item(s) for you with an item of equal functionality. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method.
Specific terms are:
- For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 30 days and in the original packaging.
- Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items before issuing refunds, or exchanges.
- Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means.
- A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
- All defective products will be replaced within the appropriate warranty period.
